How are orders shipped?
We generally ship your order with customization from our offices and workshops in Burgos (Spain).
We have other warehouses with direct shipping, so it is not allowed to mix items with and without customization in one order.
We strive to provide the best service to our customers, not only in terms of product but also in shipping. Therefore, MKTGIFTS relies on SEUR, Redur, DHL, and Typsa to deliver orders to customers in Spain (we do not ship to the Canary Islands).
How long will it take to receive my order?
FOR UNBRANDED PRODUCTS DELIVERY TIMES ARE:URGENT TRANSPORT TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
- Generally, orders received leave our warehouse in 48 to 72 business hours
- Delivery depends on your location (provincial capitals within mainland Spain 24/48 hours from leaving our warehouses)
- Samples: Preparation of orders below the recommended packaging can take up to 15 days.

If your cart contains items with future stock, you can choose between receiving everything together by the latest date or multiple shipments.
What if I want a customized order?
For orders with customization, once payment is received, our design department will provide you with a preliminary photomontage so you can get an idea of how your personalized item will look and make any necessary changes.
Once the photomontage is approved, our current shipping time is approximately 9 business days. Express orders please inquire.
If you're in a hurry and need it sooner, contact us, and depending on our workshop's workload, we'll try to accommodate your date. If possible, we will do so without additional charges.
Shipping is carried out by Seur, and you will receive an email directly from Seur so you can track or report any incidents.
The quantity of branded material may vary by +/- 5% from the requested amount.
TRACKING
Once the order is shipped, you will receive the invoice and a link to track it with the carrier.
FREE SHIPPING
All our shipments are free of charge for the peninsula from €200 onwards (Balearic Islands €500).
For other areas, a charge is made for transportation and order preparation based on weight, volume, and destination. You can see the amount before placing your order by adding items to your cart without validation or using the page's quote function.
As we work wholesale, minimum charges apply to sample and picking orders.
PRODUCTS RETURNED TO MKTGIFTS
If a product is returned to MKTGIFTS for reasons such as "unclaimed," "absent at the indicated address," or "incomplete address," or if there is a change of address during the process.
The buyer will receive a refund of the product price (excluding product return costs plus €30 for receiving, preparation, and relocation costs). Personalized items, by law, are not eligible for refund.
Handling costs include relocation to our 60,000 m2 warehouses, verification, and entry into our system.
In case of agreement between the buyer and MKTGIFTS, the product will be resent to the buyer. The buyer must pay the return shipping costs and re-shipping costs.
If a month passes without any news from the buyer, the products will not be resent, and this does not entitle to refund, exchange, or compensation.
CHANGES IN ORDERS
Once the order status changes to VIEWED, the order is already in the warehouse and labeled, so no changes can be made.
Outside customer service hours, orders automatically go to the warehouse, and no changes can be made.
Orders placed on holidays and weekends go directly to automatic shipping.
PACKAGING
At MKT GIFTS, we securely ship your order in appropriate packaging.
Shipments are made within their original packaging when recommended quantities are ordered. For added protection, MKT GIFTS uses an additional larger outer box as a second security measure.
For orders below the recommended packaging, items will be shipped in bulk, and we cannot guarantee proper reception condition.
SAMPLES
The maximum number of different references that can be served below the recommended packaging as samples is 3
Above this quantity, you cannot add more products to your cart.
Samples are not eligible for return.
Orders for full packaging (recommended quantity) are limited to 20 lines.
You can request more references by placing another order or purchase full packaging without restriction.
Orders that do not meet this condition may be canceled, and delivery time may be up to 15 days.
BREAKAGES, LOSSES, DEFECTS
Breakages, losses, and defects of items with a value below €25 will result in a refund of the merchandise. NO REPLACEMENT IS MADE.
SEUR allows us a maximum 24-hour period for claims on breakages. You must send photos of the products, the box label to info@mktgifts.com, and note on the carrier's receipt "broken package" or "pending inspection."
We recommend especially for ceramic items not to order the exact quantity.
STOCK
Stocks are updated every 12 hours. If the item appears out of stock when placing the order, it may be that you have chosen an item out of stock, requested quantity exceeds availability, or stock has been depleted during updates.
Orders awaiting transfer DO NOT reserve stock.

RETURNS
Remember that you are placing an order on a wholesale promotional items page
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days without justification.
Marked or personalized merchandise has no right of withdrawal according to the Electronic Commerce Law 3/2014.
Samples have no right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To make a return, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us via email at info@mktgifts.com stating your unequivocal decision to return the order you wish to return. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with the instructions to follow.
Returns will not be accepted with postage due.
Only complete orders can be returned as it is a complete promotion.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The return costs will be borne by the customer (outbound shipping, return shipping plus handling and relocation costs in our warehouses ), returns with postage due will not be accepted
The product must be in the same original packaging and condition, with labels and seals intact.
Orders are indivisible; items cannot be returned separately or partially.
Returns of used or worn products, with broken labels or signs of manipulation, will not be accepted.
Once the product is received and verified to be in accordance with the above specifications, we will refund the amount of the items received from you, excluding delivery costs and warehouse handling costs, which will be communicated in advance depending on the volume and handling of the order (Delivery charges will apply even if you have received your order with the promotion of free shipping) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
